Phase 1 Self-Paced Video On-Demand Learning (2.5 Hrs)

Course Fee: FREE

Each Student MUST Register Separately AND Complete Their Workshop Assessment Separately.

Shared Course Access Prohibited During This Phase

• Complete 2.5 Hours Orientation - Credit Analysis: Financial Literacy Basics Workshop Offered via our private YouTube Channel .
• There are no set dates or times for class and it can be completed on your own schedule.
• Instructions to access the workshop videos and slides can be found towards the middle to end of your confirmation email.
• You MUST scroll down through the entire email to locate these instructions.

Completion Tip: You may find it helpful to view or print the assessment questions and then answer the questions while watching the videos.

Phase 2 Self-Paced Hybrid E-Learning (5.5 Hrs)

Individual Course Fee: $30

(1 Student on 1 Certificate w/ 1 Course Book included)

or

Shared Course Fee: $50

(2 Students on 1 Certificate w/ 1 Course Book included)

Shared Course Access Allowed During This Phase

• Complete 5.5 Hours Of Course Work Using Your Course Manual & Our Online Chapter Test Submission Forms.
• There are no set dates or times for class and it can be completed on your own schedule.
• Course Manuals Are Supplied In Your Choice of Two Versions:
  • Paperback Manual (Free In-Office Pick-up)
  • Paperback Manual w/ 3 Day Access To The Online E-Book ($10 Shipping Fee)
    • Use the Online E-Book to start your course work Immediately while waiting for your book delivery.

Registration & Payment Instructions For Phase 2 Will Be Provided AFTER Completion Of Phase 1

Students who wish to apply for The City of Camden’s First Time Homebuyer’s Program

MUST Also Complete Phase 3 Mortgage Readiness Counseling BEFORE Signing A Contract To Purchase Property.

Phase 3 Registration Is Only Available To Students Who Have Completed Phases 1 & 2.
